Shipping information

For apparel orders, please allow 2-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. After we process your order, you will be sent a shipping confirmation via email with tracking for you orders.

For jewelry and other product categories, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. All other categories other than apparel are handmade items, and need additional time to ensure that your products are perfect when they get to you.

If you order from both categories, please allow 5-7 business days for processing and shipping.Your items will automatically ship together. If you want your apparel item(s) to ship faster, you will need to place two separate orders.

Yes! We offer international shipping on all orders - we provide a flat rate of $25 for shipping costs on all international orders. International orders do not qualify for free shipping, but can and will qualify for other discounts and promotions. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for import taxes or informing you of any import taxes. You are responsible for knowing your country’s import taxes and fees in order to receive your items.

We can absolutely do this for you - keep in mind that apparel orders process within 2-3 business days, so if you would like us to change your shipping address - we need to be notified within 24 hours of ordering. Please contact us about changing your address at support@igwm.Co

Shipping times depend on where you are located in reference to us. We are located in Atlanta Georgia, so if you are close to us, it could take as little as one day - but if you are on the west coast, it could take up to five days. However, for all domestic orders, we suggest that you allow 2-5 business days after a shipping confirmation is sent.

For international orders, it takes a bit longer - we ask that you allow 15-25 days for international orders to arrive, depending on location.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address and are encouraged to check them prior to submitting an order. Once a package has shipped, we cannot redirect it. We are not responsible for, or able to refund or replace orders shipped to the wrong address.

If your package is returned to us - we will reach out to you and ask for a better address to ship your package to, but if you catch it before we do, please email us at support@igwm.co so we can figure out the best place to send your package.

If a package is returned back to us, you are required to pay a shipping fee in order for us to ship your items to the correct address.

We do! Packages sent to p.O. Boxes and apo address ship for free. Please allow 15-25 business days for arrival to any international apo address.

If you are you are missing your package or have received damaged items due to shipping - please contact your local usps center for assistance. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding your lost package or damaged goods. We are also not responsible for tracking your lost package.

Returns & exchanges

If you don’t love your item(s), you can send them back for a refund (fees may apply) or store credit within 30 days of ordering. If postmarked after 30 days, we will refuse and return items at the customer’s expense.

Step 1: email us at support@igwm.Co to submit a refund request. Please include your order # and reason for returning.

Step2: download prepaid return label that we provide and immediately ship your items back to us.

Step 3: your return will be processed within 3 business days of being delivered to IGWM.

Qualifications:

• Apparel must not be worn, washed or altered.

• No visible signs of use including deodorant stains/cosmetic stains, perfumes/scents, animal hair, etc.

• Jewelry items must also be returned in the same condition they were received.

Gift cards are non-refundable. Orders placed using a discount code are eligible for store credit only.

We offer exchanges on all of our products. Return qualifications (above) apply for any and all exchanges. We are not responsible for any shipping costs on any exchange.

We will process your exchange and ship your new items out when your old items are returned. Please allow 2-3 days for your exchanged item(s) to be shipped to you.

Ordering info

To place an order, visit and click on any desired product you are looking at, and select any options that are displayed to fit your needs. From there, click "Add to cart". You will see in the top right corner that your cart has your selected product. Click the cart icon, and then click "Checkout" to start the checkout process.

From there, you will be asked to submit your shipping and billing info, as well as your payment method. Keep following the steps and provide the correct info until you reach the end of the process. From there, you will be brought to an order confirmation page, and will be sent an email to the email address provided during the process.

If you need to update your address after you have placed your order, please email us at support@igwm.co within 24 hours or ordering.

We offer a variety of payment options such as: visa, mastercard, discover, paypal, amex, apple pay, amazon pay, and all other major credit cards.

General information

When we started this journey, it was simply just a hobby, that quickly turned into a full time gig - we started out only making our signature coin rings. On almost all of our coinage we use to create rings, the saying "In god we trust" appears on either the front of backs of the coins. The circumstances that brought us to the point we are at now were in a very tricky time in life - so we thought changing "Trust" to "Must" was a clever play on words to communicate our struggles we were experiencing prior to starting our own brand. We had to do something, and that something was in god we must.
